- Please note that cancellations will only be possible before the order is out for delivery.

Once the delivery process has started, cancellations will not be possible. At this point, our team is working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

**3. Refund for Canceled Orders:**
If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe before delivery, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

**4. Non-Refundable Situations:**
